The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This property does not have any curb and gutters around the <br />parking area. The parking lot also needs to have storm sewer <br />constructed in it. <br /> <br />2. The property needs sidewalk constructed on the north side of the <br />lot. <br /> <br />3. The parking area needs to be changed to a hard surface. <br />
