Dale street. Backqround: 1. The City has previously approved a planned unit development for Mr. Brausen which has resulted in the renovation of the existing B-Dale Amoco Station and the adj acent commercial building to the north. 2. Mr. Brausen is now requesting an amendment to that approved planned unit development to allow him to change exterior building materials and to have a sign not in the approved sign band. 3. The Roseville Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of an amendment to the existing planned unit development at 2164-2180 Dale street as follows: 1. That the north and east side of the north building be brought into compliance with the City design standards within one year and that the applicant post a performance bond with the City to insure that this occurs. 2. That stucco be allowed on the south building as proposed. The Commission further recommended that the proposed signage change be denied. 4. The City Council, at its May 24, 1993 meeting, continued the hearing on this matter because the applicant was not present. Alternatives: 1. Deny the request based on the finding that the proposal is not consistent with the City's zoning ordinance and would be detrimental to the general health, safety, and welfare. 2.
