It is recommended that the City Council approve an amendment <br />to the existing planned unit development at 2164-2180 N. Dale <br />street as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve an amendment to the existing planned unit <br />development at 2164-2180 N. Dale street as follows: <br />1. That the north and east side of the north building be <br />brought into compliance with the City design standards <br />within one year and that the applicant post a <br />performance bond with the City to insure that this <br />occurs. <br /> <br />2. That stucco be allowed on the south building as <br />proposed. <br /> <br />2. Motion to deny the signage change. <br />
