Mr. Schlosser is proposing to plat his existing large single <br />family lot into five parcels. The existing dwelling on the <br />lot would straddle one of the new lot lines. Mr. Schlosser <br />would combine the two lots that are under the house for tax <br />purposes until it is removed. <br /> <br />2. The Roseville Planning Commission unanimously recommended <br />approval of Matt Schlosser's request for preliminary plat and <br />lot size variances at 391 N. McCarrons Boulevard with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the driveways for Lots 2 and 3 be built off of the <br />side streets (Irene and Western) and not off of <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />b. That Lots 3 and 4 be combined into one tax parcel. <br /> <br />c. That the City approve grading plans for the development <br />of the new lots. <br /> <br />d. That as many trees as possible be saved on the site. <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the proposal based on the finding that the proposal is <br />not consistent with the City's zoning and subdivision <br />ordinances and would be detrimental to the general health, <br />safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />2. Approve the proposal based on the finding that the proposal <br />is consistent with the surrounding area and would not be <br />detrimental to the general health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />policv Ob;ectives: <br /> <br />1. To insure that development occurs consistent with the City's <br />zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan. <br />
