It is recommended that the city Council approve Matthias <br />Schlosser's request for a preliminary plat and lot size <br />variances with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the driveways for Lots 2 and 3 be built off of the <br />side streets (Irene and Western) and not off of <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />b. That Lots 3 and 4 be combined into one tax parcel. <br /> <br />c. That the City approve grading plans for the development <br />of the new lots. <br /> <br />d. That as many trees as possible be saved on the site. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
