DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS <br /> <br />The applicant has responded to one of the main concerns of the <br />Planning Commission and revised the application. The Commission <br />wil1 recall that a special Use Permit for outside storage does not <br />trigger overall site Code compliance, and so the issue of <br />handicapped access cannot be required at this time. They have <br />indicated a willingness, however, to work with Amoco to provide <br />this access in the near future. <br /> <br />3. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />We recommend approval of the Special Use Permit. <br />
