<br />Long term leasing currently involves only one person. It <br />could conceivably grow to a 4 - 5 person operation in the next <br />five years and would require overnight storage of 1 or 2 cars on <br />an occasional basis. <br /> <br />The used car operation is responsible for reselling all <br />cars. This requires overnight storage of 30 - 50 care. Nearly <br />all cars are sold wholesale therefore there are none of the usual <br />trappings of a used car operation, (i.e. signs, flags, banners, <br />etc.).
