<br />Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Michael Hannigan, 369 Old
<br />Highway 8, New Brighton, be conmended for his heroic action
<br />in rescuing members of the Fred Huiras, Jr. Family from a fire
<br />which destroyed their home at 2540 North Snelling Avenue on
<br />November 30, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Patrolman Dennis Smith of
<br />the Roseville Police Department be conmended for his heroic
<br />action in entering a burning building and rescuing Mary
<br />Jungbauer at an apartment fire at 720 West County Road B on
<br />November 19, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />Corporation's request for special use permit for planned

<br />final plat "Cave's Rearrangement Hillsborough No.4" at about
<br />193 Minnesota Avenue be continued until the Council meeting

<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />final plat "Cave's North BolUldary Addition" and variance to
<br />setback at 1970 County Road D be continued until the Council
