TO RETAIL BUSINESS <br />(B-2) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form <br /> <br />of a written request to rezone from multiple dwelling (R-3), single <br /> <br />family dwelling (R-1) and shopping center (S. C.) to apartment park <br /> <br />~lR~), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being <br /> <br />in the Village of Ro seville, Ram sey County, Minne sota, and <br /> <br />from shopping center (S. C.) to retail business (B-2), <::ertain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commis sion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br />
