80 Larpenteur Ave. was undertaken, including the addition of a sidewalk or trail on <br />81 that segment as well. <br />82 <br />83 Mr. Culver highlighted that, as part of the County Road B -2 project, it was <br />84 intended for installation of a sidewalk segment north of B -2 to tie in with the <br />85 sidewalk currently terminating at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, and tying <br />86 into the existing bituminous connections. <br />87 <br />88 At the request of Member Lenz, Mr. Culver advised that, as with all other <br />89 sidewalks in non - residential areas, the City's Parks & Recreation Department was <br />90 tasked with keeping those pathways cleared in t winter months. <br />91 <br />92 Chair Stenlund questioned if any of those delaminated areas evidenced in specific <br />93 areas throughout the City and seen during tours taken by the PWETC last fall <br />94 would be addressed; and whether underground retention systems were part of a <br />95 watershed district permits or just work being done by the Cit . <br />96 <br />97 Mr. Culver advised that the City was working with several watershed districts on <br />98 designs (e.g. Rice Creek Watershed District for the Stanbridge/Manson area <br />99 which may provide some funding; and with the Sharon/Dellwood area under the <br />100 jurisdiction of the Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District). <br />101 <br />Page 3 of 12 <br />
