Short-Term Impacts (during construction) .. The sanitary sewer was installed in approximately 1958. It is a reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) Class V. It is anticipated that the pipe is in good shape and will not require short-term repair. The MWCC has televised the pipe and will forward the results of that inspection to the City as soon as possible. . Long-Term Impacts .. If and when the pipe should require repair in the future (after Oval construction), several repair techniques can be evaluated. They include using special construction techniques, internal repair (a lining such as Insituform) or even the construction of a new line in a different location and abandonment of the line in place. · Status of Easement Documents. The City of Roseville has researched their files and do not find existing agreements between the City of Roseville and the MWCC. It appears as though the pipe is there within the street right-of-way only, but not by prescriptive easement. The MWCC will research their files. · Required Agreements and Schedule. An agreement will be written by the MWCC granting approval to construct over their facility. The agreement will address any necessary easement construction requirements and cost sharing understandings between the City and MWCC. Thi s agreement wi 11 be presented to the Metropo 1 i tan Waste Control Commission at their October 20, 1992, meeting. The City of Roseville will furnish the MWCC staff with a request for the agreement and supporting engineering data by September 15, 1992, for MWCC staff review and approval.
