<br />WelshCompanies <br /> <br />October 8, 1992 <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Jopke <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Crossroads of Roseville Shopping Center <br />1(4)-1655 West County Road ß-2 <br />Rosevllle, Minnesota <br /> <br />Dear Rick: <br /> <br />In response to our discussion on Wednesday, October 7, 1992, during which you informed me <br />of the pending action in front of the City Council, regarding the proposed vacation of a street <br />abutting our northern property line and a subsequent request by one or more of the residential <br />property owners to have an access point created in the fence on our northern border, we want <br />to emphatically state that we will not create such access, nor will we permit the creation of such <br />access in this fence. <br /> <br />As I stated in our earlier conversation, I am opposed on the basis that I believe such access point <br />would create the opportunity for problems between us, the commercial property owners and the <br />residential property owners. Furthermore, as much money and effort that has been put into the <br />design, construction and maintenance of that fence, we feel strongly it should be left in its <br />intended configuration. <br /> <br />Sß;~ <br /> <br />Robert B.
