<br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 9-28-92 <br />ITEM NO.: C. - f <br /> <br /> <br />Manager Reviewed: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />virginia Tschida request for a lot division at <br />350 S. Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />1. Virginia Tschida is proposing to divide her existing lot at <br />350 S. Owasso Boulevard to create a new 1. 05 acre parcel. <br />The lot division is being proposed to clear up an existing <br />title problem on the site. No new development is proposed on <br />the new lot at this time. <br /> <br />2 . The Planning commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />Virginia Tschida's request for a lot division at 350 S. <br />Owasso Boulevard with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the owners grant the City a 10 foot wide visual <br />access easement along the inside curve of the Western <br />Avenue frontage. The easement would prohibit any <br />significant obstruction to visibility from the ground to <br />8 feet off the ground wi thin a 10' setback from the <br />right-of-way line. If any access to the property is <br />built off of Western Avenue, the property owners will be <br />required to maintain the easement free from such <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />2. That grading plans be submitted for review and approval <br />by staff for any new building permits that are requested <br />on either lot. <br /> <br />3. That the legal descriptions of the parcels be modified <br />as approved by City staff. <br /> <br />4. That a driveway turnaround be provided on the new lot if <br />it is developed. <br /> <br />citv Attornev Comments: <br /> <br />1.
