We will meet <br />with them on December 10 to discuss what items will be needed for <br />full PUD submission for the January 13 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />The basic issues involved will include overall density (over 40 <br />units/acre), the height (7 stories for one of the buildings), and <br />the image and buffering to the neighborhood to the west.
