<br />City of Roseville <br />Re: Parkridge Estates <br />Project Description <br />October 27, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />We will be providing twenty-nine units on 3.67 acres of land. This breaks <br />down to 7.9 units per acre or 5,513 square feet of land per unit. <br /> <br />There will be six single story units of 1,500 square feet and twenty-three <br />split level units of 1,700 and 1,900 square feet. Each unit has a two car <br />garage (adding 400 square feet to each unit) with adequate parking in the <br />driveway for two additional cars. We have also accommodated on-street <br />parking for twenty-three cars if needed. The internal streets will be twenty- <br />eight feet wide and built to City standards so parking on one side of the <br />street will not create a hardship. <br /> <br />A common meeting room directly adjacent to one of the units will be built <br />in order to provide an area for the association to hold their meetings and to <br />provide an area for any other groups. <br /> <br />The project will be developed in stages. Construction will begin in the spring <br />of 1 993 and we will be building at least two groups of buildings, a two unit <br />single story complex and a five unit split level complex. Two of the split <br />level units will be built as models and the remainder of the development will <br />take place as the units become sold. <br /> <br />
