Exhibit 2 adds the Borgstrom Property (estimated at 7 housing units) to the Kehr PUD. <br />In Mr. Borgstrom's letter he states that he has been in negotiations with Mr. Kehr to sell <br />his property and he requested the change in land use for his proper.ty as well. <br /> <br />2. The Borgstrom Property can be very efficiently added to the proposed street design in the <br />Kehr proposal and no street needs be extended to Dale St. at this point. <br /> <br />3. The Kehr-Borgstrom 30 unit development will add approximately 45 new residents, <br />generate between 180 and 210 total traffic movements (in and out); and add an estimated <br />$4.5 million in new housing development. <br /> <br />,. <br />
