Exhibit 2 adds the Borgstrom Property (estimated at 7 housing units) to the Kehr PUD. <br />In Mr. Borgstrom's letter he states that he has been in negotiations with Mr. Kehr to sell <br />his property and he requested the change in land use for his property as well. <br /> <br />2. The Borgstrom Property can be very efficiently added to the proposed street design in the <br />Kehr proposal and no street needs be extended to Dale St. at this point. <br />
