Exhibit 3 adds the Salverda Property. John Shardlow has met with Leonard Salverda, <br />who has indicated his support for the change. He has submitted a letter indicating his <br />support (actually the land is"in his mother's name). <br /> <br />2. When the Salverda parcel is developed, the street connection to Dale Street must be <br />constructed. Mr. Salverda understands the need for this connection, but, he is <br />understandably concerned about the effect that the location of this roadway could have on <br />the development potential of the northern half of the Salverda land. The specific <br />alignment of this road would be determined at the time his land was sold and a <br />development proposal is reviewed. <br /> <br />3. The Kehr-Borgstrom-Salverda 34 unit development will add approximately 51 new <br />residents, generate between 210 and 235 total traffic movements (in and out); and add an <br />estimated $5.1 million in new housing development. <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />~/ <br />
