<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a petition
<br />receiving and ordering preparation of a feasibility
<br />report for drainage improvements to serve the County
<br />Road C/Dale Street area be continued to the January
<br />11, 1993 City Council meeting and discussed at the
<br />regular City Council work session of December 21,
<br />1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, P. Johnson, Maschka,
<br />CUshman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the following
<br />be deleted from the second page of the resolution
<br />relating to the Fire Relief Pension Increase:
<br />"Provided however, the January 1, 1994 increase shall
<br />be subject to reconsideration if any proposed changes
<br />are made in the attached investment pOlicies in spite
<br />of the objections of the city Council." Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, P. Johnson, and Maschka. Nays: Cushman
<br />and V. Johnson.
