<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Har Mar, Inc. BAR MAR, INC.
<br />request for preliminary and final plat at the northwest
<br />quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North be
<br />continued to the regular City council meeting of
<br />February 22, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P.

<br />hearing concerning seasonal banners and institutional
<br />signs be continued to the regular City Council meeting

<br />Sievers' request for Special Use Permit for an auto-
<br />mobile service use, site plan approval, and setback
<br />variances at 1526 W. County Road B be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of March 8, 1993. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Development Corporation's request for rezoning, P.U.D.
<br />General Concept Plan, and comprehensive Plan Amendment
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />September 13, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and Maschka. Nays: None.

<br />systems, Inc. request for Special Use Permit at 1918
<br />W. County Road C be withdrawn, subject to receiving
<br />written confirmation of the withdrawal. Roll Call,
