<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on <br />the 26th day of October, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and <br />Cushman, and the following were absent: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Thomas <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.S8S8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville received a petition <br />by owners of buildable lots along Sextant Avenue for improvements <br />identified by the city of Roseville as Improvement No. SS-W-P-86-44. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429, <br />constructed the improvements. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was anticipated by the City of Roseville that before any <br />building development was to occur that the property adj acent to the <br />improvements would be re-platted as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as of the date of the improvements, the property has not been <br />re-platted as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the event any improvements were constructed prior to re- <br />platting said improvements would create innumerable hardships, including <br />land-locked properties. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by 'the Ci'ty Council of 'the Ci'ty of <br />Roseville that any property on Sextant Avenue replatted in accordance <br />with Exhibit A shall be granted a building permit upon approval of the <br />lot division, administrative lot division or replatting. <br /> <br />This Resolution will remain in force and effect until further Order of <br />the city Council of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following vote in favor thereof:Maschka, Þ. Johnson, Thomas, and <br />Cushman, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared dUly passed and adopted this <br />26th day of October, 1992. <br />
