It is recommended that the City council determine that <br />building permits should not be held up in this case because <br />the proposal is consistent with Exhibit A attached to <br />Resolution 8701. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Feryle and Betty Borgeson's request for <br />division of platted lot at 590 Transit Avenue with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />a. That the applicant provide the City with a new <br />certificate of survey for the two lots prior to issuance <br />of a building permit or sale of either lot showing the <br />dedicated right-of-way easement for Sextant Avenue. <br /> <br />2.
