<br />GENERAL GROWTH MANAGEMENT, INC. <br /> <br />Third, we feel that by putting out two different types of signs in the same area will have a <br />detrimental effect on the overall look of the environment. <br /> <br />Our fourth reason is that as a mall that has over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space and <br />occupies over 72.24 acres of land the regulations bound us to still only four pylon/monument <br />signs. Our total square footage of signs for the project, including the requested, is just over <br />240 square feet. This is less than many of the properties with far less total area.
