It appears that both Council wld ~lanning Commission request more information on the proposed comprehensive plan as it relates to our proposal. In view of this, we respectfully request that the development of the ~arkridge Estates be tabled until the findings and rec- ommendations can be incorporated in a new housing element of the comprehensive plan. .;e respectfully ask that you consider our property along vi th other properties that you feel might be appro- pi ate to change to mediwn density residential. we are confident that upon your review of the findings and facts, you will favorably c,onsider our proposal. It is our intent, as it was eleven years ago, to develop a high quality town home project that will not only compliment but will also be an asset to Roseville's housing needs.
