Shearen (572-8000\

Dale Shearen and his father Chuck were in to discuss the
proposed moving of a two story single family residence from
2551 Lexington to 3094 Victoria. We reviewed the ordinance
procedures and requirements for processing a residence
moving to a lot in Roseville. The new lot is 75 ft. x 227
ft., and will easily accommodate a residence which is 21 ft.
x 51 ft. (depth). Fortunately, the residence directly to
the north at 3094 victoria (the proposed new site) is a two
story home: thus the existing two story home would appear to
fit well in the area. The residence to the south of the
proposed lot is a 1\ story structure. The ordinance
requires 50% approval from property owners within 250 ft.
We suggested that he might want to talk to some of those
neighbors before he proceeds to acquire the abstractors
certificate.

2.

Lohmann (375-1260)

Tom Lohmann, the investor for the bank building recently
approved by the Planning Commission and Council, was in with
Connie Hesse from the sign consulting firm working with them
on their signage. They presented a drawing of the canopy
projection on the north side of the building where, on the
face of the canopy, is a projection of the exterior wall
with a masonry facia and columns, which is exactly what we
hoped could be achieved. On this facia, there is a recessed
signage panel. They will propose the timing of a time and
temperature message with a changeable message, not to be a
flashing sign or a traveling sign. We also discussed the
overall signage allocations which they will spread around
the building within the ordinance requirements. It appears
we now have a basis for a solution to the signage question,
subject to final determination of sq. footage, allocation,
and timing of the message on the sign on the north side.

*"-",1
\
\
