This includes <br />indoor signs which are visible from public streets. <br /> <br />14.090. <br /> <br />Painted Si9ns Prohibited. <br /> <br />Signs painted directly on the outside wall or roof of the building <br />shall not be permitted in any zoning district. Signs shall not be <br />painted on fences, rocks, or similar structures or features in any <br />district. Paper and similar signs shall not be attached directly to <br />a building by an adhesive or similar means. <br /> <br />14.100. <br /> <br />Placement of Sians. <br /> <br />Signs may be placed on any wall or a structure and may extend a <br />maximum of 18 inches from such wall into a required yard. Signs are <br />subject to all yard and building height requirements in all <br />districts, except that no sign shall extend above the height of a <br />building to which it is attached. <br /> <br />14.110. <br /> <br />Aaareaate Sians. <br /> <br />Where signs are erected on commercial sites where two (2) or more <br />principal buildings and/or separate uses are located on a single <br />lot, it shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property to <br />allocate the permitted aggregate gross surface areas and sign <br />location between the uses in such a way as to conform with the <br />regulations herein stated. <br /> <br />14.120. <br /> <br />1FeF-Sale1 Real Bstate Sians. <br /> <br />For the purpose of selling, renting, or leasing any property, a <br />sign not in excess of 10 square feet in gross surface area per side <br />in Residence Districts aHà-35-s~~aFe-£eeë-~Fess-aFea-~eF-siàe-iR- <br />all eëfieF-àisëFieës may be placed within the front yard or in the <br />public street right-of-way beyond the front yard.
