PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, October 14, 1992 at 7: 30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Walgreens request for a variance to parking lot setback at 2635, 2633 Rice street and 160 W. County Road C. The City Council, of the city of Roseville, will meet on Monday, October 26, 1992 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcell: That part of the East 253 feet of the North 230.82 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of section 12, Township 29, Range 23, described ad follows: commencing at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Rice Street and County Road "C"; thence South along the West line of Rice Street a distance of 88.6 feet; thence West a distance of 113.6 feet; thence north a distance of 88.6 feet to the south line of County Road "C"; thence East along the south line of county Road "c" a distance of 113.6 feet to the point of beginning, Ramsey county, Minnesota.
