Comer of County Road C and Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Jopke: <br /> <br />During our meeting on December 2 to review the Midway Ford preliminary site plan, I <br />noted that you had received the Preliminary Plat drawings for the entire site, from <br />County Road C to the north side of Midway Ford. The submitted drawing represented <br />the new south property line of Midway Ford with an offset or jog creating a notch in the <br />S.B. corner of Midway Ford. <br /> <br />It was subsequently agreed by Slawik Properties and Midway Ford that there would be a <br />straight south property line of Midway Ford which would be in line with the western <br />portion of the line as shown on your plan. <br /> <br />Since this is a preliminary plat submission and subject to change, we are making you <br />aware of this adjustment by this letter only t and will not be resubmitting the preliminary <br />plat at this time. <br /> <br />This change, along with any otherst will be included in the final plat documents. <br /> <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br /> <br />i3I:'J.C <br /> <br />Gary J.
