Copies of the <br />preliminary plat should have been delivered to your office last <br />Wednesday by our surveyor, Comstock and Davis. If you have not <br />received the plat, please let me know immediately. <br /> <br />In accordance with our prior telephone conversations, I trust <br />these papers have reached you in time to place this matter on the <br />agenda for the next planning commission meeting. Please let me <br />know whether there are any other details which we should be <br />attending to at this time.
