Johnson seconded, that Gary Vogel's GARY VOGEL request for fence height variance at 2775 Snelling Avenue North be approved with the following condi- tions: 1. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the agreement between the City of Roseville and BRW, to provide transportation engineering services as outlined in the proposal dated February 4, 1992, for stage 1A and stage 1B Concept Definition Preliminary Work for the Rosedale Area, IVHS/HOV Project, City Project 92-29, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays:· None. " F-3 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to sign a contract for the purchase of the property at 1895 West County Road C-2 as follows: Purchase Price (appraised price for 4.52 acres) $255,000 Less Fire Insurance Payment 74.000 $181,000 Net Cost to City $75,000 from the Park Land Fund will be utilized to purchase this property, with the remaining cost of $106,000 to be paid from the Park Dedication Fund. Should such fees not materialize, payment would be made from a property tax levy over a five year period. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
