Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, <br />P. Johnson, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F-1 Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Gary Vogel's GARY VOGEL <br />request for fence height variance at 2775 Snelling <br />Avenue North be approved with the following condi- <br />tions: <br /> <br />1. That the fence be a cyclone fence or of similar <br />material. <br /> <br />2. That the fence not exceed 7 feet in height. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the agreement <br />between the City of Roseville and BRW, to provide <br />transportation engineering services as outlined in the <br />proposal dated February 4, 1992, for stage 1A and <br />stage 1B Concept Definition Preliminary Work for the <br />Rosedale Area, IVHS/HOV Project, City Project 92-29, <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays:· None. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the City <br />Manager be authorized to sign a contract for the <br />purchase of the property at 1895 West County Road C-2 <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Purchase Price <br />(appraised price for 4.52 acres) <br /> <br />$255,000 <br /> <br />Less Fire Insurance Payment <br /> <br />74.000 <br />$181,000 <br /> <br />Net Cost to City <br /> <br />$75,000 from the Park Land Fund will be utilized to <br />purchase this property, with the remaining cost of <br />$106,000 to be paid from the Park Dedication Fund. <br />Should such fees not materialize, payment would be <br />made from a property tax levy over a five year period. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman, P.
