Preliminary Plat

After inuch discussion about the previously submitted preliminary plat drawings
and the current uncertainty of the Jiffy Lube site proposal on the southwest area, it
was decided to proceed with the plat approval process as submitted. A list of land
owners is to be submitted to the City by David by January 14, 1993.

B. Midway Ford

1. Rick and Phil had reviewed a site plan which was previously submitted and
which depicted the green area percentage in the disturbed area on the east side
of the property.

I brought along a similar but slightly modified drawing which showed a green
area percentage of 5.3% of the disturbed area which fell within the City
guidelines of 5%.
