County <br />Road C. <br /> <br />Backqround: <br /> <br />1. Earlier this year, a public hearing on the application of <br />Parkridge Development Corporation for a rezoning from R-1 to <br />PUD and a Comprehensive Guide Plan amendment from low density <br />residential to medium density residential at 674 W. county Road <br />C was scheduled for the September 8, 1993 Planning Commission <br />meeting and the september 13, 1993 City Council meeting. This <br />was intended to coincide with the original schedule of the <br />Comprehensive Gu~de Plan amendment process. At this point in <br />time, Parkridge Development Corporation would like to move the <br />pUblic hearing to the November meetings of both the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council. At their regular meeting of <br />September 8, 1993, the Planning Commission formerly moved to <br />continue the public hearing to their November 10, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue consideration <br />of Parkridge Development corporation's request for a rezoning <br />from R-1 to PUD and a comprehensive Guide Plan amendment to the <br />regular City Council meeting of November 22, 1993. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to continue consideration of Parkridge Development <br />Corporation's request for a rezoning from R-1 to PUD and a <br />comprehensive Guide Plan amendment from low density residential <br />to medium density residential at 674 w.
