The City council, at its December 21, 1992 Work Session, <br />discussed the Parkridge Estates townhouse project being <br />proposed by Al Kehr on the site on County Road C, west of <br />Dale Street. It was the consensus of the Council, at that <br />meeting, that consideration of the rezoning and development <br />plan be delayed until the prior issues relating to the <br />comprehensive plan designation of the area can be reviewed <br />and resolved. A copy of a tentative review schedule for the <br />project is attached. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council refer the issue of <br />the proper comprehensive plan designation of the southwest <br />quadrant of the intersection of County Road C and Dale street <br />to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to refer the issue of the proper comprehensive plan <br />designation for the southwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />County Road C and Dale street to the Planning commission for <br />review and recommendation. <br />
