<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Bruce Carland request for a special use permit at 2140 W. county <br />Road C for a vehicle maintenance facility and an outside vehicle <br />storage aréa. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />March 22, 1993 at City Hall at 7: 30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section eight <br />(8), Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty-three (23) lying <br />West of the West line of the East one fourth (E. 1/4) of said <br />Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of section eight (8), and lying north <br />of the northerly line of right of way heretofore conveyed to <br />Minneapolis and st. Louis Railway Co. (now occupied by Northern <br />Pacific Railway Co.) and lying east of a line running parallel to <br />and distant thirty-three (33) feet east of a northerly projection <br />of the line hereinafter referred to as Line A;'said Line A being <br />determined as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line <br />of said section eight (8) distant nine hundred thirty four (934) <br />feet east of the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter (NE <br />1/4) of said section; thence south parallel with the north and <br />south quarter section line of said section, five hundred eight <br />(508) feet to the northerly line of the right of way of the <br />Northern Pacific Railroad; thence northeast along the right of <br />way of said railroad, two hundred sixty-seven and 3/10 (267.3) <br />feet to the point of beginning of Line A; thence south along said <br />Line A to the south line of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />said section eight (8) and to a point which is seven hundred <br />ninety-eight and 5/10 (798.5) west of the southwest corner of the <br />East one-fourth (E. 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />said section eight (8).
