The city council, at its April 26, 1993 meeting, denied <br />Signcrafters Inc. request for a sign variance at 2775 Highway <br />35W (McCarthy's Oldsmobile GMC). <br /> <br />2. The City Council directed the city Attorney's office to <br />prepare the appropriate resolution stating findings of fact <br />to support the denial of Signcrafters Inc. request for a sign <br />variance. <br /> <br />3. The appropriate resolution has been received from the City <br />Attorney's office and is attached for your consideration. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached <br />resolution denying Signcrafters Inc. request for a sign <br />variance at 2775 Highway 35W. <br /> <br />council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
