<br />EXTRACT OP MINUTES OP MEETING OP THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of May, <br />1993, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />and the following members were <br /> <br />Member Goedeke <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8944 <br />WHEREAS, Sign Crafters on behalf of McCarthy GMC has applied <br />for a variance to the height and setback requirements of the <br />Roseville Sign Ordinance, Section 14 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said variance application was submitted to the <br />Roseville Planning Commission. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has determined that no <br />hardship exists. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sign requested by Sign Crafters would be <br />inconsistent with the recently adopted Roseville Ordinance <br />regulating signs which became effective on October 20, 1992, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville as follows: <br />
