<br />j,6D1 <br /> <br /> <br />May 26, 1993 <br /> <br />Cave and Associates <br />2489 Rice street, ste. 40 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 24, 1993 meeting, approved <br />your request for preliminary plat approval at 2960 Western Avenue <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the owners grant the City a 10 foot wide visual access <br />easement along the inside curve of the Western Avenue <br />frontage. The easement would prohibit any planting or other <br />significant obstruction to visibility from the ground to 8 <br />feet off the ground within a 10 foot setback from the right- <br />of-way line. There shall also be no visual obstructions <br />within the right-of-way. If the access to the property is <br />built off Western Avenue, the property owners will be <br />required to maintain the easement free of such obstructions. <br /> <br />2. That grading plans be submitted for review and approval by <br />City staff for any new building permits that are requested <br />on any of the lots. <br /> <br />3. That a driveway turnaround be provided on any lot if it is <br />developed. <br /> <br />The hearing for the final plat has been scheduled for Tuesday, <br />June 29, 1993.
