<br />The Computer City project meets or exceeds the following design <br />standards and other code provisions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The building materials are now proposed to be face brick and break <br />off masonry units. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />2. The landscaping, both inside the parking and along the site edges <br />meets or exceeds the code standards for the amount of landscaped <br />area and the spacing of plants. <br /> <br />3. Loading area at the northeast end of the building is screened with a <br />solid wall as required. Technically, no screening is required <br />between commercial uses (toward the Crossroads Center) but a <br />screen wall and landscaping is provided on the north side anyway. <br /> <br />4. Trash handling is within a completely enclosed stnlcture attached to <br />the east end of the building. <br /> <br />5.. Parking spaces are provided at a ratio of 5 stalls per 1,000 sq. ft.,. <br />75 spaces for 15,000 sq. ft. of building, exactly the City standards. <br /> <br />6. The building meets the 35 foot height limit. <br />
