Deny the proposed special use permit based on the finding that <br />the proposal is not consistent with the City's design standards <br />chapter of the Roseville City Ordinance. <br /> <br />2 . Approve the request for the special use permit based on the <br />finding that the proposal would be consistent with the City's <br />design standards and would not be detrimental to the area. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. By reducing the size of the building and repositioning it on <br />the site, together with changing the building materials to face <br />brick, the applicants have addressed the concerns and issues <br />raised at the previous public hearing. TherefC?re, we recommend <br />approval of the special use permit granting setbacks less than <br />the SC standards with the following-conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the required roadway easement for County Road B-2 be <br />dedicated as determined by County and city.staff. <br /> <br />b. That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road B-2 and <br />a pathway easement be dedicated for it. <br /> <br />c. That the landscape and utility plans be approved by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Computer City /Beechwood Acquisition's request <br />for a special use permit for site plan approval and variance <br />for the Computer City project at Snelling Avenue and county <br />Road B-2, subject to the following .conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the required roadway easement for County Road B-2 be <br />dedicated as determined by County and City staff. <br /> <br />b.
