Ifthls requirement is not met, the <br />Permittee may be ordered to provide additional erosion control <br />measures if deemed necessary by the District Inspector. <br />Immediately upon completion of rough grading, stormwatermanagement <br />features must be completed according to plans permitted by the <br />District. It is also the responsibility of the property owner to <br />provide necessary maintenance to assure that the stormwater <br />management systems 'approved as part of this Permit will continue <br />to Iunction aBoriginally designed. <br /> <br />NOTE FOR PROVIDERS OF A CASH SURETY: Failure to implement and <br />maintain the sediment-erosion control and cover establishment <br />measures outlined in the permit exhibits may result in forfeiture <br />of your cash surety. If such meaSUres are satisfactorily provided, <br />the cash surety will be returned with interest after permanent <br />vegetative cover has been established. Please notify the District <br />Office in Writing when permanent. vegetative cover has been <br />established and a final inspection will be made. <br /> <br />Two (2) inspections of the project site are included with this <br />Permit: one after erosion control measures are in place and one <br />after project completion and revegetation, and will be conducted <br />to assure complianoe with all agreements, terms; and stipulations <br />of .this Permit., Failure to comply with the foregoing may result <br />in rescission of the Permit, and is in violation of Chapter l12.89 <br />MSA, a misdemeanor.. _ !my additional inspection; requested or <br />'required; will be billed at $2S/visit. <br /> <br />This .document is not transferable; and is valid .for one (1) year <br />-after the date of issuance. No construction is authorized beyond <br />the Jexpiration date. By <br />acceptance of this Per.mit, Permittee has consented to the <br />foregoing.
