That the required roadway easement for County Road B-2 be dedicated as <br />detennined by County and City staff. <br /> <br />2. That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road B-2 and a pathway <br />easement be dedicated for it. <br /> <br />3. That the landscape and utility plans be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />4.
