County Road C-2 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Farrell: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 24, 1993 meeting, approved <br />your request for division of platted lot at 987 W. County Road C- <br />2 with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That parcels A and C on the survey be combined into one new <br />flag lot. <br /> <br />2. That no structure be located without consulting staff in <br />order to preserve the trees and wetlands. <br /> <br />3. That before any building permits are issued, the city review <br />the property in detail to ensure proper drainage for the <br />property and neighboring parcels. <br /> <br />4. That there be no additional fill on the north 50 feet of the <br />new lot. <br /> <br />5.
