EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of May, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: , and the following were absent: Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. AMENDING RESOLUTION 8907, CLARIFYING VACATION OF A PORTION OF RICHMOND AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said portion of Richmond Avenue in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because the portion of Richmond Avenue is unimproved and not necessary for public street purposes; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said portion of Richmond Avenue; and WHEREAS, on March 22, 1993, the City Council passed Resolution 8907 vacating a portion of Richmond Avenue; and WHEREAS, the city council wishes to amend Resolution 8907 to vacate only a portion of the right-of-way; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates said portion of Richmond Avenue over the property described as follows: THE SOUTH 298.22 FEET OF THAT PORTION OF RICHMOND AVENUE IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23 LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF MILLWOOD AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF COUNTY ROAD C-2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
