<br />Petition to the Roseville City Council <br /> <br />We petition the Roseville City Council to vote as a body in favor of Patricia R. <br />Curtiss' application for a special use permit for a home occupation beauty salon at <br />1987 AIdine Street, Roseville. <br />We believe that our visits to her home for a hair-styling service, not for a retail <br />purchase, will not interfere with the property, homes, and lives of the surrounding <br />neighbors. <br />We have known this applicant, Trish, for several years and understand her <br />present need, as a new parent, to downscale her work situation.
