staff Recommendation: 1. It is recommended that the City council approve Patricia curtiss' request for a special use permit for a beauty salon in her home at 1987 Aldine st. with the following conditions: 1. That there be no sign of any kind on or off the premises. 2. That shall be no more than 25 hours of business conducted per week. 3. That there shall be no more than two client cars at a time and those cars must be parked off the street. 4. That the business shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, between 10:00 a.m. and 2: 00 p.m. on Saturday and that there be no business hours on Sunday. 5. That the special use permit is issued to Mrs. curtiss only and shall automatically expire upon the sale of the property. 6. That there be no product sales on the site except sale of products to individuals at the time the service is rendered if appropriate. 7. That there shall be no other employees providing service. 8. That the business shall not occupy more than one room of the house. 9. That the special use permit shall expire two approval by the ci ty Council. After two applicant may apply for an extension of that permit but shall be subject to all restrictions in place at that time. 10.
