Larpenteur <br />Avenue to 275 County Road B. <br /> <br />Backaround: <br /> <br />1. City ordinances require that before a house can be relocated <br />into the City, the city council needs to conduct a public <br />hearing on the matter. <br /> <br />2. City ordinances require that written consent and approval of <br />at least 50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the <br />relocation be provided. The applicant has provided <br />signatures of over 50% of the property owners within 250 feet <br />of the site on which the house will be relocated. <br /> <br />3. The City ordinances require that an inspection be done of the <br />dwelling and a report made to the Council. The house has <br />been inspected by the Chief Code Enforcement Officer and his <br />report is attached. The Chief Code Enforcement Officer found <br />the house to be structurally sound and will require that it <br />be brought up to current building code requirements. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the city Council conduct the public <br />hearing on this matter and approve the relocation of the <br />dwelling from 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue to 275 W.
