Larpenteur <br /> <br />The City of Roseville was requested to inspect a house at 425 W. <br />Larpenteur regarding the relocation of this home to 275 W. Co. Rd. <br />B. An Inspection was done on March 22, 1993 by Gordon Beseth to <br />evaluate this home and the following comments shall apply. <br /> <br />1. The house is a 1 1/2 story older home that was probably built <br />in the 1930's. <br /> <br />2. A detached double garage was built in 1966 at the rear of the <br />house. This garage is also proposed to be moved. The garage <br />seems to be in good structural shape and needs only some minor <br />structural work. <br /> <br />3. The house has yellow vinyl siding which was installed in 1983. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The house has been added on to over <br />structurally sound but will need to be <br />current building code requirements if <br />location in Roseville. <br /> <br />the years and is <br />brought up to all <br />moved to another <br />
