Minnesota 55113-1635. 612-633.7644 <br /> <br />March 24, 1993 <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Roseville City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Mn 55113 <br /> <br />Attention Philip Carlson, Planning Consultant <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Carlson: <br /> <br />Enclosed herewith please find our application for a variance <br />we need prior to our installing a lighted pylon sign at the <br />Northwest corner of our church property at l524 West County Road <br />C-2, Roseville, Mn. <br /> <br />We would like to be able to install the sign within 5 feet of <br />the West property line a~d 30 feet South of .the North property <br />line. <br /> <br />We have enclosed 2 large prints and 26 small prints showing <br />the foot-print of the building, the location of the buildings and <br />drives around the building and the parking lots to the East and South. <br />Also enclosed are the required copies showing the proposed brick <br />plyon sign standard showing the proposed sign with a cross at <br />the top. <br /> <br />It is our general feeling that this will help people find our <br />church easier and yet not cause any unneccessary detraction to <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Should there be any questions regarding our request, please <br />contact the undersigned at 489-l785 or by calling the Church <br />office. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />.
