<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, May 12, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Clifford Lund request for variance to the zoning ordinance at <br />1524 W. County Road C-2. The applicant wishes to install a pylon <br />sign for Centennial united Methodist Church within 5 feet of the <br />west property line and 30 feet south of the north property line. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />May 24, 1993 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 2, <br />Rosette, together wi th all of vacated Asbury Street adj acent <br />thereto; and <br /> <br />The East 4 feet of the West 1/2 of the North 25 rods of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of section 3, Township 29, <br />Range 23; and the West 4 feet of the East 1/2 of. the North 25 <br />rods of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23; and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23 .except the West 651. 6 feet thereof and <br />except the North 25 rods thereof described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the school site described <br />in Book 1544 of Deeds, page 229; thence East along the North line <br />thereof to the Easterly line of Arona Street, Sun Realty's <br />Centennial Terrace: thence South 60 feet along the East line of <br />Arona street extended to a point; thence West to a point 60 feet <br />South of the Northwest corner of said school site tract; thence <br />North along the West line of said above described school site <br />tract 60 feet to the point of beginning; and <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Sun Realty's Centennial Terrace. <br /> <br />Please be sure you or your representative attend these meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />City Manager <br />
