<br />3) The land in question is listed in the <br />"Comprehensive Plan" as business and this use if <br />permitted would make the eventual transfer to a business <br />use more difficult. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has recommended a <br />reconsideration of a special use permit and recommended approval of <br />same with certain conditions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />That the request of Boyer Ford Trucks for a special use <br />permit be denied. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Cushman and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Goedeke , and the following voted against <br />the same: Maschka and V.
